Hospice Caregivers Gratitude Program
The Hospice Caregivers Gratitude Program acknowledges the invaluable support of Professional Caregivers for Hospice. In gratitude for their dedication and commitment as a Hospice Caregiver, The Guiding Light Foundation, a not-for-profit spiritual organization, offers the opportunity to give a Thank You Gift to a Hospice Caregiver. The Gifts that are indicated below are intended to offer emotional support during this significant time of change.
Each Thank You Gift comes with a note which is personalized to the Hospice Caregiver. Whether it is a Social Worker, Chaplain, Doctor, Nurse, Home Health Aide, Friend, Relative or even the Hospice Patient, we have a CD that is just right for them.
This program is offered by the Guiding Light Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit corporation which is supported solely by the donations and love offerings to whom it provides services. Although there is no charge for these products, a donation or love offering is gratefully accepted. However, no one is turned away who cannot donate.
